Data and processing purposes

Accounts use your email, a protected password hash and saved settings. Processing uses uploaded files and the options you choose.

The contact form sends your email, subject and message so we can reply. Message content is not stored in the application database; a delivery receipt is kept for up to 30 days.

Third-party services

Account emails and support messages use Resend. AI sends text to Google Gemini. Yandex Metrica provides analytics, and Yandex Advertising Network displays ads.

Gemini's free tier allows submitted data to be used to improve Google services. Do not send confidential or sensitive information to AI.

Third-party providers may process data outside your country. Their terms and retention periods differ from those for temporary pdfcoco files.

Retention and protection

The connection uses HTTPS to protect data in transit. This is not a promise of end-to-end document encryption.

Files are temporary. Finish the session to delete them; after one hour of inactivity they are deleted automatically.

Support correspondence remains in the support inbox for replies. Account data is kept until account deletion or completion of necessary processing.

Data requests

To request access, correction or deletion, choose Personal data in the contact form. We may need email ownership verification to protect your account.
