File storage

Files are temporary. Finish the session to delete them; after one hour of inactivity they are deleted automatically.

Restarting the service also deletes temporary documents. Download the results you need to your device.

Document processing

Standard tools process files on the pdfcoco server. When you run AI, extracted text and instructions are sent to Google Gemini.

Gemini's free tier allows submitted data to be used to improve Google services. Do not send confidential or sensitive information to AI.

Account and settings

Your account saves favorites, settings and workflows. Documents remain temporary: the account is not cloud storage.
